Aloxy Successfully Completes Participation in ORLEN Skylight accelerator program.

Aloxy, is proud to announce its successful participation in the prestigious ORLEN Skylight accelerator program. Through close collaboration with ORLEN's expert teams, Aloxy has demonstrated the seamless deployment of its advanced technologies, including the installation of a private LoRaWAN network, the deployment of manual valve position sensors  and the operation of its latest centralized computing module : Aloxy.Core.

The success of the project was made possible thanks to the structured collaboration between the teams. The cooperation between Aloxy and ORLEN was effectively streamlined by Wojciech Waraczewski, with the installation of the LoRaWAN network and deployment of sensors executed flawlessly by Krzysztof Matusiewicz. Their joint efforts were key to ensuring that the sensors were operational on production valves, and the data was successfully visualized in the OT systems where it is most needed.

Aloxy's number one valve position sensors, integrated with the LoRaWAN network, have enabled real-time valve position monitoring, enhancing operational efficiency. The deployment of Aloxy.core, a centralized sensors computing module, has further optimized the collection, processing, and visualization of sensor data, ensuring accurate insights for ORLEN’s operations.

In addition to the technological deployment, Aloxy provided in depth training to ORLEN’s team, focusing on the use of these IIoT sensors and LoRaWAN technology. This hands-on training equipped the team with essential skills and knowledge around these new technologies to maximize the potential of the newly integrated system.
